Bourbon Sour

2 oz Luckenbach Road Straight Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz egg white Angostura bitters for garnish

Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker and shake for 30 seconds

Add ice to the shaker and shake until cold

Strain into a glass

Garnish with drops of Angostura bitters
