Light Whiskey Smash

2 oz Luckenbach Road Light Whiskey

1 oz Simple Syrup

1 Lemon

Spearmint

Mint Sprig for Garnish

Add mint and cut up lemon to cocktail shaker

Muddle ingredients

Add simple syrup, whiskey and ice

Shake until cold

Strain into glass with ice

Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wedge
